Features:
1.The multi-frequency induced withstand voltage test device is mainly used for induced withstand voltage tests on transformers and instrument transformers. It can perform induced withstand voltage tests on the longitudinal insulation between turns, layers, sections, and phases of instrument transformers and transformer windings.

2.This device employs power electronics technology, with a frequency converter as its core component. It includes parameter presets, protection settings, frequency selection, and voltage regulation control.

3.It utilizes digital control technology with a built-in computer.

4.The output power is relatively high, up to 200Hz. Compared to traditional third-harmonic frequency generators, it has higher operating efficiency, more stable output voltage, higher measurement accuracy, and better repeatability.


Ten layers of protection ensure personnel and equipment safety:
The instrument provides multiple protections including user emergency stop, user shutdown, hardware protection, source output overcurrent protection, temperature protection, overvoltage protection, and protection against sudden increases and decreases in high voltage and current, thus maximizing the safety of personnel and equipment.

Output can be disconnected within one output cycle:
If an anomaly is detected during the test, the instrument can disconnect the output within one output cycle.

Real-time high voltage recording and printing for convenient test analysis:

The instrument records the external high voltage value every second during the test and saves it in the background. After the test, the real-time high voltage data for each second can be printed out for convenient user analysis.
