Epoxy Resin Bushing for Transformers | 2200A–6500A, 2.5kV

Designed for transformer electrical connections, this epoxy resin bushing provides an insulated current path between internal conductors and external connections. With current ratings ranging from 2200A to 6500A, it is suitable for applications requiring high-current performance at a rated voltage of 2.5kV.

C11000 Tin-Plated Copper Connections

The stud and spade terminals are manufactured from C11000 copper with a tin-plated finish. The copper conductor has an electrical conductivity of 101% IACS at 20°C, supporting efficient current transmission. Tin plating helps protect the connection surfaces against oxidation.

The internal spade features a two-hole connection design for bolted installation. External spade hole dimensions and configurations vary by model; please refer to the product dimension table when selecting a bushing.

Electrical Insulation and Operating Temperature

The epoxy resin insulation separates the current-carrying conductor from surrounding grounded components. The bushing is rated at 2.5kV, with a Basic Lightning Impulse Insulation Level (BIL) of 45kV.

An application temperature range of −40°C to +130°C allows use across a broad range of thermal conditions. Product selection should account for the required current rating, connection dimensions, and actual operating environment.
