Designed for transformer low-voltage connections, this epoxy resin bushing provides an insulated current path through the transformer tank wall. Rated at 800A and 1.2kV, it combines a tin-plated C11000 copper conductor, a high-performance epoxy insulation body, and a 304 stainless steel clamp.
Key Features
Tin-Plated C11000 Copper Conductor
The stud and spade are manufactured from C11000 copper, using a round-edge copper bar with a cross section of 1.25″ × 3/8″. The copper conductor supports efficient current transmission, while the tin-plated finish helps protect connection surfaces against oxidation.
High-Performance Epoxy Insulation
The gray epoxy resin body provides electrical insulation between the conductor and the transformer tank. The bushing has a rated voltage of 1.2kV and a Basic Lightning Impulse Insulation Level (BIL) of 30kV.
304 Stainless Steel Clamp
The 304 stainless steel clamp provides mechanical support for mounting and offers corrosion resistance. The bushing is designed for a 65.0mm tank opening; installation dimensions should be checked against the product drawing.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
The specified operating temperature range is −40°C to +130°C. Selection should take into account the transformer’s operating conditions, required current capacity, and terminal connection arrangement.
