Amorphous Core Annealing Furnace for Transformer Manufacturing
- Details
The amorphous metal annealing furnace is used for annealing amorphous iron cores and nano-materials. The annealing furnace's structural and functional requirements are as follows:
I. Basic Equipment Structure
This equipment consists of a furnace housing, heating system, insulation system, air blast system, and electrical control system.
II. Equipment Appearance
1. Based on user requirements: The effective inner dimensions of the furnace are 1600 x 1600 x 1800mm (D x W x H); the outer dimensions of the furnace are 1950 x 2350 x 2800mm (D x W x H).
2. The maximum operating temperature is 400°C (normal operating temperature is 380°C), the rated power is 78kW, and the temperature uniformity is:
III. Electrical Control System
The control cabinet is standalone, allowing for arbitrary temperature settings. The furnace temperature is controlled by an original Japanese Shimaden temperature controller, which is operated via a PLC. It features up to nine programmable temperature curves and PID parameter auto-tuning. The process operates in both manual and automatic modes. The touch screen displays various operating parameters and status in real time. A manual operation button is also provided. One heating point and 8 detection points. The entire process operation includes the start time, temperature, turning point time, temperature, data recording, over-temperature alarm, thermocouple abnormality alarm, and each step prompt alarm. The PLC is set up with the main program and subroutines of the process flow.
