Base material ofgradeHpre-impregnated insulating materialis aflexible composite made with polyimide.Nomex or other materials with temp,index over 180℃.It's phase B pre-impregnated material with thermal upgraded resin after baking process.The product has very high mechanical properties,dielectric and thermal upgraded properties.After winding with copper or aluminum foils,the insulation layers are very solid after heating process.This product is ideal grade H insulatingmaterial for layer insulating between foil coils in dry-type transformers,also for other motors and electrical appliance. The standard color is claybankorcol or less. Tail-made colors are available.

Product Solidification Conditions<Actual coil temperature>
To cure under temp.100℃ for hours,then increase the temp.to 140℃±5℃ for 6hours,or under 150℃±5C for 4 hours.
Storage
The grade F pre-impregnated DMD material should be stored in a dry,clean and well-ventilated warehouse,temperature less than 30℃,and keep away from the fire,heating and sunshine.The storage period is one year,qualified products exceeding the storage
