Electrical AFA insulation paper is composited by insulation paper EM film.Then coated with the special modified epoxy resin in diamond shape,solidified to phase Bto be the High mechanical strength new material diamond dotted AFA insulating paper.It's widely used in wind power inverter,solar inverter, transformer of 35kV and below.
Product Solidification Conditions<Actual coil temperature>
First of all,to cure under ttemperature 90℃±5Cfor 3 hours,and then risetemperature to 125℃±5Cand keep 6 hours to cure.
Storage
The product should be stored in dry,clean and well-ventilated warehouse under 25℃.The fire,heat sources and direct sunshine should be avoided.The shelf life is recommended to be one year.The longer storage period must be approved by lab test before using.
