Wet Process Molded Insulation Parts for Transformers are specially designed for oil-immersed power transformers and distribution transformers. They are manufactured from high-quality electrical insulation pressboard through wet molding, drying, pressing and precision processing.
These molded insulation components have excellent electrical insulation performance, high mechanical strength and good dimensional stability. They are widely used inside transformer active parts for winding support, coil positioning, insulation separation and structural reinforcement.
The product can be customized according to customer drawings, transformer voltage class, installation position and technical requirements.
