Transformer Pressboard Insulation Parts are mainly used for internal insulation structures of oil-immersed power transformers, including lead exit insulation, supporting structures, shielding insulation, coil end insulation and lead insulation. The products are made of transformer-grade pressboard and formed according to the required structure, offering good electrical insulation performance, mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
These insulation components can be customized according to customer drawings, samples or technical requirements. Typical products include assembly lead exit insulation parts, equalizing ball insulation shells, no-glued screw rods and nuts, O-shape clampings, angle rings, edge rings, snout angle rings and other transformer insulation structural components.
The products are widely used in oil-immersed power transformers, converter transformers, high-voltage transformers, ultra-high-voltage transformers and other electrical equipment. They are designed to provide insulation, support, fixing, spacing and electric field distribution improvement inside the transformer.
