1. Excellent oil resistance, with stable performance even in hot transformer oil (150°C);
2. Excellent resistance to weathering, UV aging, and ozone aging, resulting in a service life of over 20 years in equipment
3. Excellent high-temperature resistance;
4. Operating temperature: -30°C to 180°C or -40°C to 180°C.
Applicable Environments:
1. Ambient temperatures of -30°C to 180°C or -40°C to 180°C;
2. Areas with strong UV rays;
3. Areas exposed to air.
Applicable Equipment:
Suitable for oil-immersed transformers, instrument transformers, and other power transmission and transformation equipment, as well as their associated components.
Applicable Media:
Transformer oil.

Basic Properties:
Nitrile rubber has excellent oil resistance, second only to polysulfide rubber and fluororubber, and offers excellent wear resistance and airtightness. However, Nitrile rubber is not resistant to ozone and aromatic, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones, and ester solvents, making it unsuitable for use as an insulating material.
