This new product is to use Finnish best quality insulating paper-Tervakoski Tertrans N-as base paper,to coat the special modified epoxy resin on the base paper in nets shape,and then solidified to Step B. The main usage is the coils and main channel insulation in impregnation amorphous alloy transformer and silicon steel transformer.After winding and baking process,the product will increase both the mechanical strengthofthe transformer's coils,and the life time ofthe transformers.It will also help the impregnated transformers resist sudden short circuit,which will protect the transformers to have long and effective life time.

Product Solidification Conditions<Actual coil temperature>

First of all,to cure under ttemperature 90℃±5℃ for 3 hours,and then rise temperature to 125℃±5℃ and keep 6 hours to cure.

Storage

The product should be stored in dry,clean and well-ventilated warehouse under 25℃.The fire,heat sources and direct sunshine should be avoided.
