hzgiantway specializes in the supply of electrical steel, with a focus on high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel (CRGO) for transformer cores. With more than 20 years of industry experience, we support transformer manufacturers and core processors with precision slitting, material supply, and packaging services.
## Our Factory and Processing Capabilities
Our production base features 36,000 square meters of building space, four automated slitting lines, three high-speed stamping lines, and two precision packaging lines.
Our equipment includes an 1850 mm slitting line for large coils, a 1250 mm high-precision slitting line suitable for grain-oriented electrical steel, a 600 mm line for narrow-strip processing, and a 1200 mm GEORG slitting line imported from Germany. Together, these facilities allow us to accommodate different material dimensions and processing requirements.
The 1250 mm slitting line handles material thicknesses from 0.15 to 0.50 mm and input widths below 1250 mm. Its recessed recoiling system supports precise material collection for demanding electrical steel applications.
## Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel Products
Our grain-oriented silicon steel range includes nominal thicknesses of 0.18, 0.20, 0.23, 0.27, and 0.30 mm, providing material options for different transformer core designs.
Depending on the grade, guaranteed core loss ranges from 0.65 to 1.05 W/kg at 1.7 T and 50 Hz. The listed grades offer a guaranteed magnetic polarization of at least 1.88 T at 800 A/m, with minimum stacking factors ranging from 95% to 96.5%.
These magnetic properties help transformer manufacturers select materials that balance core loss, magnetic performance, and core construction requirements.
## Inventory and Delivery Support
With more than 10,000 metric tons of stock inventory and an indoor storage capacity of 20,000 metric tons, our facility supports bulk orders and ongoing material requirements. Precision winding and packaging equipment helps prepare processed coils for storage, handling, and transportation.
