Details

The intelligent assembly line test system is divided into insulation resistance, transformation ratio, DC resistance low voltage test stations; no-load, load, power frequency, induction, high voltage test stations; each logistics line can realize insulation resistance, transformation ratio, DC resistance, no-load, load, induction withstand voltage, power frequency withstand voltage test. The low voltage test station and the high voltage test station do not affect each other and run at the same time. The number of test stations on the logistics line can be customized according to the actual output of the customer.
Technical requirements:
Can meet the test of distribution transformers with a capacity of 2500kVA/35kV and below;
Test items:
Insulation resistance tester;
Transformer ratio test;
Coil DC resistance test;
No-load test:
No-load loss, power factor measurement and no-load current percentage test;
Load test:
Load loss (automatically convert load loss value), short-circuit impedance percentage test;
Power frequency withstand voltage test;
Induction withstand voltage test;
Remarks: The capacity, voltage level and test item requirements of the test product can be customized according to the actual requirements of the customer

CT:5A-10A-20A-50A-100A-200A;
PT:1.5kV-3.0kV;
Measurement accuracy:
0.05 level;
